Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using bs.fyi (the "Service"), operated by Furvur Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

The Service

bs.fyi is a free browser-based platform for playing classic card games. You can play as a guest without creating an account, or register for an account to track your statistics and appear on leaderboards.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you agree to:

• •Maintain the security of your password
• •Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• •Not share your account or credentials with others
• •Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or manipulate leaderboards

Fair Play

To maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, you agree not to:

• •Cheat — Use external tools, bots, or exploits to gain unfair advantages
• •Collude — Coordinate with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• •Exploit bugs — Intentionally abuse software bugs rather than reporting them
• •Manipulate rankings — Artificially inflate or deflate leaderboard positions
• •Intentionally lose — Deliberately lose games to affect other players' statistics

Code of Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• •Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate usernames
• •Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• •Impersonate other users or Furvur Inc staff
• •Attempt to access other users' accounts
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• •Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Enforcement

We reserve the right to take action against accounts that violate these terms, including:

• •Resetting statistics or leaderboard positions
• •Temporarily suspending accounts
• •Permanently banning accounts

Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide detailed explanations for enforcement actions, though we will try to be fair and transparent when possible.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Furvur Inc and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• •Copy, modify, or distribute the Service's code or assets without permission
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• •Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• •Use our trademarks or branding without written permission

Traditional card games themselves (like Big 2) are not proprietary, and you are free to play them elsewhere or implement your own versions.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furvur Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Furvur Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
