How to play

  • Tap Space, or tap the game on a phone, to puff air out of the thrusters. Each puff lifts the car.
  • Fly through the gap in each gate. Every gate you pass scores a point, and the game gets faster as you go.
  • Each puff uses compressed air. Grab the air canisters in the gaps to keep flying.
  • Out of air? The car drops to the road and drives on. Find a canister on the road before the next gate, or the gate stops you.
  • Hit a gate and the run is over. Score 10, 25 and 50 gates for bronze, silver and gold.
  • Want a set course instead? Switch to Levels mode for 12 time-trial levels with ramps, loops and flips.

How it works

The car carries ten small thrusters fed by tanks of compressed air. A tap fires them all at once for a short puff.

Gravity pulls the car down between puffs, so tap in a steady rhythm to hold your height.

The tanks hold only so much air. Touching the road is fine, but a car with an empty tank cannot get over a gate.

About Car With Rockets

Car With Rockets is a parody, inspired by the much-hyped October 2026 ramp-and-flip "flying car" demo. Our car flies too, if you count falling with style. Air sold separately. Not affiliated with any car maker.

Frequently asked questions

Is Car With Rockets free?

Yes. It is free to play in your browser, with no download and no account.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Tap the game to puff air. It works on phones, tablets and computers with a modern browser.

How long can I fly?

As long as you miss the gates and keep air in the tank. The run is endless, but it gets faster and the gaps get smaller.

Why do I run out of air?

Every puff uses air from a small tank. Collect the canisters in the gaps, and on the road, to top it up.

Can I challenge a friend?

Yes. After a run, share your challenge link. Your friend sees your score to beat.

Is this a real flying car?

No. It is a parody game with made-up physics. No real car, company or person is part of it.
